Sleep Routine

Bismillah…

Sleep, is a part of our activity.

When Ramadan comes, everysingle seconds are useful. Sometimes, we spends a lot of times to sleep..

Fiuhh, what a lazy day, when we remember, a lot of time was wasted. For example, if our age is 26 years old and sleep 8 hours/day.. We wasted 8/24*26 years = 8,67 years only for sleep… Most of them unmanage, didn’t it?

Please Remember, We never know, when we will die, back to allah swt…

So, how to maximize our rest?

New leasson from these are we should pray before sleep, read surah As Sajdah and Al Mulk;

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wasallam) saying, “There is a Surah in the Qur’an which contains thirty Ayat which kept interceding for a man until his sins are forgiven. This Surah is ‘Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion.’ (Surat Al-Mulk 67).” [At-Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud]

The Prophet would not sleep until he recited Surah as Sajdah.
[Tirmidhi 5/165].

 

90 minutes sleep routine will help us to maximize our rest, insha allah..

The key is persistence (istiqamah)
